• Lunch and dinner (except for CP plans)
• Compulsory gala dinner on Christmas and New Year's Eve (if applicable)
• Any other services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions

Terms and Condition

• This package is an offer and not a confirmation. Your booking will be confirmed only after we receive your confirmation, advance payment, and confirmation of hotel availability.
• If the specified hotels are unavailable, we will provide you with alternative options and adjust the rate accordingly. If you are not satisfied with the alternatives, we will refund your advance payment.
• Your accommodation is selected based on your preferences and budget. There are no hidden charges.
• The rates quoted are valid for the specified period only.
• Any extra bed, breakfast, lunch, dinner, or extra adult or child above 5 years of age that is not included in the package must be paid directly to the hotel, in accordance with their policies.
• Rooms in Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, and Kodaikanal are not air-conditioned, as these are cold regions.
• The balance payment must be made on or before arrival. Cheques and demand drafts are not accepted. A 5% processing fee will be applied to all online and balance payments made by card.
• In the event of an unexpected bandh or strike, we will make alternative arrangements, but the expenses incurred will not be covered by the package.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be subject to an additional charge by the hotel.
