Cancellation Requests:Cancellation requests must be submitted with valid booking details according to the defined policies, allowing sufficient time before the travel date to claim the advance amount.
Applicability:The cancellation policy is applicable for packages booked with a minimum of 30% advance of the total amount.
Cancellation Charges:For every cancellation, a flat 20% of the advance amount will be deducted as a cancellation charge, and the remaining advance amount will be refunded.
Cancellation Timeline:Cancellation charges vary based on the number of days before the scheduled arrival:
Cancellation 20 days before arrival: 20% of the advance amount will be charged.
Cancellation 20 to 10 days before arrival: 30% of the advance amount will be charged.
Cancellation 10 to 5 days before arrival: 50% of the advance amount will be charged.
No Show or Last-Minute Cancellations:In case of 'No Show' or last-minute cancellations occurring less than 5 days prior to the arrival, 100% of the advance amount will be charged, and no refunds are applicable in this case.
